How to feel calm

How to feel calm there are four steps: how to notice you are angry, go to KitKat, think about your happy place and then you are calm.
When you are angry your cheeks get red
When you are angry you sound like a chicken yelling reeeeeeee

When you angry, you have a meltdown.

When you go to KitKat, you flip the timer
Think about your happy place

Imagine your happy place
My happy place is  the basketball court showing of my skills and having
Fun with friends

You know you are calm when my face turns normal and my bloods  flow lighter than feather
